Navigator

One project.
One source of truth.

From architectural data to digital twin, sales intelligence and the buyer relationship.

Loading the example project, World Link Towers.

It starts as project data.

  • IFC modelGeometry, storeys and spaces from the building model.
  • Architectural drawingsPlans and sections, cross-referenced against the model.
  • Floor plansUnit boundaries, registered to the model's coordinates.
  • Unit schedulesLabels and areas exactly as the architect states them.
  • Commercial dataStatus, pricing and customers, joined to each unit.

The workflow is built around IFC, the open format that Revit and Archicad both export. Each source is registered, checked against the others and held for review before anything is published.

Project data becomes a digital property.

This is the digital twin. Every level, boundary and area keeps its link to the source it came from, so what you see is what the data describes.

Unit, level, area and drawing come from the project’s architecture. Status, customer and money are demonstration data.

One source of truth.

The Project Suite holds the hierarchy once. Inventory, CRM, financials and the portals do not keep copies. They read the same record.

Sales intelligence, read from the building.

Enquiries, proposals and viewing time attach to the unit they concern. Interest shows up where it happens: on a floor, in an office.

Floor 14 accounts for 17% of tracked office views in this tower. Choose a floor to find it in the model. Floors without mapped units are not shown; that is not the same as no interest.

Financials that share the building’s record.

Value, commitments and cash are sums over the same units the sales team and the buyers see. There is no second ledger to reconcile.

Illustrative values. No accounting, costs or taxes are modelled.

A buyer sees their own unit, and nothing else.

The portal is not a separate product with its own data. It is the same record, shown to the one customer it belongs to.

  1. A unit is reserved, sold or leasedIts status changes once, in the project record.
  2. The customer relationship is verifiedA named customer is linked to that unit by an agreement.
  3. Their portal opensAccess follows the agreement, so there is nothing separate to provision.
  4. They see what concerns their unitTheir plan, their payments, their handover. Nobody else's.

Buyer portalDemonstration customer and figures

What exists today is this buyer view, reading the same unit, payment and handover records as the sales and financial views. Sign-in, customer verification and document storage are not built yet, and a tenant portal for leased units is in design.

Studio is where a project enters Navigator.

Sources go in. A reviewed digital property comes out. Where a decision is architectural or commercial, the pipeline stops and waits for a person.

  1. Ingest

The IFC model, drawings and schedules are registered, hashed and checked.

  2. Validate

Storeys and spaces are audited in the model and cross-referenced with the drawings. A project hierarchy is proposed.

  3. Checkpoint: Architect approval

    The architect confirms the hierarchy.

  4. Structure and prepare

Geometry is built and optimised for the web. Unit boundaries are mapped from the drawings, floor by floor.

  5. Checkpoint: Reviewer approval

A reviewer confirms every unit boundary.

  6. Publish

The project is previewed in the viewer buyers use, then released as an immutable version.

StudioToday Studio runs as a local tool beside the project’s files. Each source convention goes through a reviewed adapter, and an unfamiliar model or drawing set stops for review instead of producing a guess.

From building model to operating system.
